What is included in the box? Is it the headset and base station?

The base, the headset, the charging cable for the base, a four foot micro USB-B to USB 2 or 3 cable (dunno which) for connecting the base to a computer, a one-and-a-half foot cable that connects the base to a phone line, four very scrunched up pamphlets about legal stuff, and a final pamphlet which is a quick start guide in eleven languages.

I don't use the phone line cable, so I'm not familiar with what it's used for. The quick start guide shows it connecting the base to a land-line phone.

Question 2

1. Is the microphone and headphones noise cancelling?
2. Is this compatible with POLYCOM 410/411? Do we need any extra parts?

1. Yes, there's a little switch under the headset's left muff for ANC. It works even if the base is not transmitting to/from any device (computer, smart phone, land-line phone). They can't be as effective as headphones that cover the entire ear, but that's the trade-off you get for using a headset geared towards extremely long usage times and comfort instead of noise-blocking capability. Due to COVID-19, I haven't had a chance to use this in a proper office environment, so I can't offer an opinion on how effective the ANC really is.
2. No clue... I vaguely recall the official site mentioning something about that though.
