will this case fit inside a 19" standard musician traveling rack  case and become mobile?

Yes it will....be careful though, I purchased 2 of these and none of them was wired correctly. One came with cut off ends where the power and reset switch connect to the motherboard. I had to return it and the one that replaced it was wired incorrectly too...it came with 2 sets of “Power SW +-“ plugs.

Great cases, but poor quality control.

Question 2

Some Rosewill cases are reported to be just over 4U. Is this one strictly to size?

I just got this case myself for my AV rack. It truely is 4U. I have a 2U shelf above it and a 1U blank below it and the case does not interfere with them.

Question 3

I have one of these. I replaced the stock fans with quiet ones, but other than that no issues whatsoever. Question: Has anyone installed this with rails? If so, which ones? I have this in a 2-post rack and there is equipment installed above the server, so getting inside this case is challenging. Would love to be able to just slide it out.

I've yet to find any rails that are designed for 2-post racks. I live with the same struggle, normally if I want to get access to the machine at the bottom of my rack, I have to unmount everything on top of it.

Will this case fit a 1060/1070 GPU?

Will this fit an Asrock Extreme 4 Z97 with hyper 212 evo?

Motherboard will fit. I’m using a X58 motherboard with Corsair water cooler. Probably a tight fit with a evo. About 6 inches from CPU to case panel.
