Question 1

Do these speakers come with wires to connect it to the computer as well?  My computer does not have Bluetooth connection.

Yes, these speakers come with an aux input and wire provided. The wire they've given isn't very long- it's about 3-4 feet long, but works just fine.

Just note, there is a button on the side (above the volume knobs in the picture) to toggle between Bluetooth and the aux input, be sure the button is pushed IN for aux input.

Question 2

Assuming the speakers can be rewired with longer wire, how are the wires connected inside the little speakers?

Basically the two little speakers are literally wired together and have only 1 connector you plug into the back of the main audio system. The wire for the two speakers can be spread about 4 feet before you start to stretch the wires forcefully. I hope I somehow helped answer your question but since I don't really know how it's set up on the inside from the little speakers, its rather difficult to answer so I'm just giving knowledge from my experience with them. Question 3

Is it just me or is the design of these just way off? If I am using these with a PC I would have my sub under the desk somewhere and the satellites up near the monitor. With the controls on the sub it makes it very unusable to have to crawl under the desk to access the controls every time.

I like the idea of these, but that control panel issue is a deal breaker.

Not been an issue for me, I pretty much set the volume and bass levels on the woofer and use the computer controls for fine manipulation. I don't really use mine for the conventional music and movies, these are used in a teaching environment.

Question 4

The two smaller speakers don't separate very far.  Are you supposed to cut/pull the wire connecting the two apart?

I think that for whatever reason, that's the full length of the speakers. I left mine that way and placed them on either side of my monitor. I'll agree it is a design flaw.

Question 5

Relative to to studio monitors, how good do these sound? I am not asking how much the bass bumps because that is not how i judge good speakers.

They actually sound quite good. I'm surprised on how the sound is from these little speakers.

Question 6

I want to replace my wired speakers with this.  I got a blue tooth usb thingy that connects with my mouse.  Will these speakers connect simultaneous to that?

Is it easy to setup?

These speakers are super simple to set up. As for the Bluetooth, it would depend on the USB Bluetooth device you bought. If it came with your mouse then the chances are really high that it will only connect to your mouse. I would recommend on buying a Bluetooth USB stand-alone to connect by Bluetooth. The speakers can also connect with a wire (Aux-like headphones). Setup for the speakers took under 10 minutes for me from the time of unboxing. There are no unnecessary steps for setup and all of it is really intuitive.

Question 7

Could a person hang the satellite speakers on the wall (as on either side of a flatscreen TV)... or are they strictly tabletop-type speakers?  Thanks.

No clue, they have poor sound quality. Not worth, and the white noise is bad
