Does this have a headphone jack output?

Yes, it does. It also has a microphone jack output.

It even comes with a male-to-male set of headphone and microphone cables so you can plug your speakers into the monitor. And if your speakers have a microphone jack, you can use the given microphone cable to connect your speakers yo your monitor as well.

The audio should all then be passed through to your computer via the HDMI or Display Port cable (HDMI and Display Port have audio support for this reason).

Question 2

Does this have any sort of PiP built in from a single source?  I'm new to 21:9 ratio monitors and how this works.  Do those PiP modes come from specific monitors or from the source?

Typically when monitors have built in PiP what they are doing its taking the inset window from a different 2nd source. The monitor has no control over what comes from each source, so if you're wanting PiP from a single source, that would have to be controlled by whatever is providing that single source.
