does this one come with the ROG TRIPOD ??? in the ADD it says it does but I am worried it does not come with it

It does not. This is the XG17AHPE sku, which only includes the panel and smart cover. The XG17AHP sku also includes the tripod.

Does this support both G-Sync and Freesync? It just says "Adaptive Sync".

I can guarantee you that it supports Freesync as basically all monitors that support adaptive sync also support Freesync to some extent. It may be G-Sync compatible but we'll have to wait and see.

What will happen if I use this with a 4k native resolution laptop?

It will be fine, you set the resolution of the panel, not the laptop.

I have a 4k native resolution laptop, what will happen to my laptops native resolution if I connect with this FHD laptop? Does my laptop have to change down to 1080p from 4k?

No, the laptop does not change its resolution when you connect an external monitor. Your GPU will be able to handle up to 4 resolutions depending on your GPU.
