What is the power supply form factor? Will it fit a full ATX power supply?

An ATX power supply is too big for this case. You need to get an SFX power supply whose dimensions are 2.50" x 4.92" x 3.94". Height, length and width are interchangeable so if you just ensure that these are the measurements for the power supply you should be OK. There is a larger SFX form factor which has 5.12" as one of the dimensions. Don't use this power supply as it is too large.

Get a modular power supply because the space inside the mini is limited. Also, I would stick to Silverstone power supplies for this form factor.

Question 2

i have a slim slot load br drive that came without a front bezel, so i slapped it into an external case.  can i pry it out of that case and use it as the optical drive for a new build using this case, or does this case require an optical drive with a front bezel included?

Yes, you can use your slot load drive without bezel.

You can use either way, with or without bezel since the drive is behind the front panel.

You will not see the drive either way.

Also note that there is no eject button so you will have to use windows to eject the disc.

Question 3

Will I be able to fit a CORSAIR Hydro Series H90 in the bottom? I do not care if I have to take out any optical or drive cages. If there is enough room for that radiator, would there be enough room for a  pull/push setup, whether I have to use low profile fans or not. Thank you!

Shouldn't be an issue at all.

You might have to drill out the 120mm mounting holes as they would probably protrude into the radiator fins of the H90. The screws to secure the 140mm fan that comes with the case are inserted from the bottom up, so you wouldn't need to drill out anything to mount the radiator itself.

If you are willing to give up the entire bracket assembly for the Slim ODD, the 3.5" HDD, and the 2.5" HDD (restricting yourself to the one 2.5" HDD mount just below the motherboard) you will have a little over 3.5 inches of clearance or so between the motherboard and the bottom inside of the case.

The only issue would be video card clearance after that.

Question 4

Will the TD03-lite cooling work? and docs say upto 10in cards but i have seen some cases saying up to 9.5 in?
