Does this bundle include headset?

It comes with a standard type of microphone earbuds that connect 3.5mm jack on the core controller. I would guess that most people find a much better replacement if they intend to use a headset at any point.
Although the earbuds can be useful, I suggest purchasing noise-cancelling headphones to work with Playstation products. Turtlebeach headsets are tried and true.
*The reason for headsets that work with the product is because the game sound and microphone work off of different channels; if you purchase a generic headset that comes with a microphone, you will quickly be annoyed that the volumes (game sounds and microphone/chat) are not independent of one another. Starting prices for these types of headsets are around $40 (wired) and can go up to $800 for enthusiast/audiophile/wireless type options. I have used varying types and can say for certain that there is a benefit for the higher priced headsets if willing to pay. Personally I consider the $40 option the basic standard which achieves the level of enjoyment as well as comfort. In this type of product, there are very few gimmick prices; you really do pay for quality and functionality when it comes to gaming headsets.
