when I purchased mine it included the 500GB console,one controller,Assassin's Creed 3 Game and a code for a free 30 day trial to sonys playstation network.(which I used, Just make sure you cancel before the 30 days or you will be charged).

Hi, May I know what region code is this system use?

As far as time code, it was pre-set to Eastern US and is changeable. I am guessing if they had a region code, that was enforced, games would be worthless.
