I have a WD My Cloud (2TB) that has failed, and I suspect it's the My Cloud enclosure that has failed and not the hard drive within. WD tech support said that I may be able to recover the data on the hard drive within My Cloud by connecting directly from a computer with an eSATA port to the My Cloud USB 3.0 port.

Is this the correct cable for this?
