Is this wireless and if so how does it connect to pc?

It's not wireless. It has 1 3.5mm mic jack and 1 3.5mm audio jack. The basic/standard connectors as well as an extension cord. The wire feels flimsy but I've never had issues with it. Fits my big ears nicely and plays excellent quality, had em since July and no regrets yet. Definitely worth the buy.

Will this work with Xbox 360?

XBOX 360 controllers connect to headsets by way of a single 2.5 mm combo jack. The SeelSeries Siberia V2, on the other hand, uses two separate 3.5 mm jacks---one for the headphones and one for the mic. I suppose you could use a 3.5 mm combo jack to headphone/mic splitter along with a 3.5 mm to 2.5 mm adapter, but that seems like an awful lot of adapting. I'd recommend just getting a headset that already uses 2.5 mm combo.

Do these have an in-line amp?

No, they do not have an in-line amp. They do however have an analog volume adjustment device, and a mic mute. They are, however, an E X T R E M E L Y nice headset, which have earned me some of my friends' jealousy. (The only issue I've seen is that when I have microphone boost on in windows to even +10 and I adjust volume DOWN with the switch, not windows, the signal bleeds back into the microphone wire for some reason, does not happen with headphone volume maxed.

How comfortable is this headset after wearing it for 4+ hours?

Does it give the old painful ear lobe syndrome or is it petty decent?

No, actually! I was quite hopeful when first purchasing them over a year ago now and I can wear them for hours (I spend 12+ hours a day on the computer, albeit at work and/or at home) and they are one of the most comfortable pairs I've ever owned! They are also one of two headsets I've used that don't give me a headache from the pressure as I am pretty sensitive to migraines. They sit lightly, comfortably, and do not wiggle or move easily. The design of the band is exceptional. You won't be disappointed!

I was just playing Path of Exile last night for 8 hours straight and was wearing these the whole time if you'd like an example.

Are these compatible with a ps3?

They are wired so you will be extremely close to the TV setup. I would suggest finding a wireless setup for a PS3 system.

Does it have a noise rejection mic,  actually dual mics configured similarly to hum-bucking guitar pickups ?

It has noise reduction.  This was (not sure if still) the gaming headset of choice for pro gamers where communication is vital.  It's a very clear mic.

Question 7

Has anyone repaired the wire on these headphones? I miss them dearly; my stepson ran over the cord several times and now they do not work.

ouch,  as Michael has said yes this would be the way to repair the damage, you can get a cord extender if it makes it to short, mine are still running good even though I don't use them much prefer speakers as headphones give me migraines but for the money these are the best headphones : )
