What USB Bluetooth adapter will work with this controller? I have a desktop PC with an ASUS MB.

Any Bluetooth 4.0 adapter should work just fine. If there is one built into your MB, it should work.

can it work with PS4 ?

Not easily, on Youtube there are videos detailing how to connect any bluetooth controller to a PS4. I do NOT recommend this product. My controller broke within 2 months (left trigger would think its being pressed randomly, making it impossible to game. For example, Rocket League would cause the car to brake randomly.) I received a free replacement and had to send the defective unit back to the company. My new replacement was also defective right out of the box (this time, the batteries would disconnect randomly, i should have just kept the first broken unit as this was much worse). I gave up on this product and again, DO NOT recommend buying it. Even now, i will never buy another SteelSeries product ever again.

Hi, it is a contradict to say wireless, yet it says battery. So, it is not wireless. Why it says wireless? So, it is not wireless for all things, but only certain thing. I have keyboard with usb with input in computer. So, it is wireless and with Bluetooth button for keyboard right. Does it have vibrate?? Or it is sound to tell you in the controller?

It is 100% wireless, that's why it's use batteries for power. I linked it to my Samsung tablet and Samsung VR Googles ( trough Bluetooth), works perfectly, but there no vibrations or sounds.

it says its for windows and android but it doesnt say it bluetooth for phones , is it bluetooth or is that a separate piece you need to buy for it ?

You need a separate adapter if you do not have build in bluetooth.
