What is the mother board that can be mounted in this case? micro-ATX?

The case is designed for specific SuperMicro brand motherboard.  I picked a SuperMicro motherboard that I thought was compatible, but the ports did not line up with the port holes on the back of the case (which I cut right into the case itself).  I had to use a dremmel to cut out sections of the back of the case to fit the motherboard in.

I need a riser card (PCI-E) to include a PCI-E card in the server. Is this item included? Where can I find a compatible one
