The mother board I have in the config is 12 x 9.6, this chassis indicates it will support a 12 x 10, will it work ?

What MB is it? I purchased this chassis specifically because I am building a system around a Supermicro X10DAC-0 motherboard and this Revision M Chassis is designed to line up with the mounting holes on those boards without having to drill. Since that board is 12' x 13', your board will certainly fit. The issue is whether the mounting holes will line up.

I'd suggest going onto the supermicro website and asking one of their tech support people. They respond quickly and they'll have a very specific answer to your question.

This case came with 2 fans at the front (HDD) and 2 fans at the rear (next to PS)
