the way the motherbaord fits is odd... but i you can find supermicro boards that will fit as well as asus boards.  but, the only reason i respond is to tell you... the chassis itself is poorly made overall. not worth building your own stuff. it is mediocre at best. you can check around newegg more, or abmx dot com or idotpc dot com for many better options.  abmx has a nice feature which is front facing IO if you are into that.
