Is the air shroud that goes over the motherboard included with the product?

Yes, it is. It is intended for use with passive heat sinks, I cannot remember if they were included or not, I think not.  There are break off tabs on the sides of the shroud designed to accommodate various motherboard configurations.

Also of note, the CD drive in included as well.

This is a great chassis, very well-built.

Note: The cooling fans are incredibly loud, as are the fans in both power supply modules and those are loud and high-pitched.  If that matters to you, there are SQ (super-quiet) PSU replacements, certainly not a cost effective idea, but they are available.
