It has 4 SFF-8087 multi-lane  connectors.  One for each bay (4 drives).  Typically these cases have their drives connected to a raid card rather than directly to the motherboard.  Mine uses a 16 channel RAID card for the front drives.  I also have the rear drive cage with 2 drives set to RAID-1 (mirror) for my OS.  I've been very happy with this case and highly recommend it.
