Is this POE compatible? Or all poe works over standard rj45 jacks and patch panel?

I am using PoE with this patch panel and it works fine. All patch panels should be compatible with PoE.

is a 6 port or 4 port patch panel available?

I do not believe so. This was the smallest I could find available.
