Does the refurbished XP400 come in original packaging or is it sent in a different package?

Mine came in a labeled  " RECERTIFIED " retail marked box lol  so don't think you are going to buy it here and take it to a store.
 The headphones work great , not as feature packed as my PX5's but still a great headset and didn't cost as much either.

Are all the accessories included with this ?

It came with a Xbox 360 Bluetooth chat adapter, transmitter, and charging cable. For ps4 and Xbox One use, you will need a chat cable ($6 or so) and a Microsoft Xbox one headphone adapter.

Hi everyone,
   I was wondering what is the quality of these refurbished headsets? Are they just as good as brand new? They won't break in a short period after me buying it will they? Thank you in advance for you answers.

Hi Paul, I am not the fellow gamer, just the dad that pays for all these items x3(3 sons). I have bought MANY refurbished items , including several Turtle Beach. They look like new and work perfectly. My kids are downright abusive to their stuff, because they have been spoiled. I always try to see WHO did the refurbishing, if it is the companythat made them,then they are usually very good. I only had one problem ever with a refurbished item, it was refurbed by a third party. I have not come across this again. Turtle Beach does a good job, My sons are working fine , as are hie other refurbs from last year, He wanted 2 set of headphones , one for XBOX 360 and the other is linked to XBOX ONE.

Are these COMPLETELY wireless or do the need the mic wire connected like the older versions?

They have the capability to be completely wireless for any of the systems they are able to be used with. For the PS3, they are wireless out of the box via bluetooth connection. The same is true for the Xbox 360, as a bluetooth adapter which hooks onto a standard Xbox 360 controller is included. For the PC, you will either need a seperate cable for the microphone, or a bluetooth dongle, in order for these to be completely wireless.

Yes, it comes with everything needed to hook it up to the 360 or PS3. Loving this headset so far!

Can you use with PS4?

I'm hoping so , I just bought a ps4 upgraded the hard drive got everything going .. But the ps4 is not comparable with my Logitech  harmony one remote so I re connected my ps3 and am waiting for a software update from sony. Technically it should work fine,  although, when I looked for my iPhone 5 it didn't show up for pairing with Bluetooth . I read some blogs, it seems Sony is scrambling a little.
Sony is a excellent company and I'm sure they're in contact with their 3rd party vendors.
Pressure from customers like you and me should do the trick, so I left a kindly inquiry on their website listing the products I own and use with my ps3
