Is this able to stream gameplay from a ps4 to twitch or something like that?

It cannot directly stream to twitch using the included software. However, any connected device will be able to be recorded using Blackmagic Media Express. There may be some software available on the Internet that can facilitate streaming to Twitch, but the included software won't get it done.
