No it ships a box with a disc and your code. Newegg is usually pretty quick so it shouldn't take too long for you.

Why are my reviews removed? I bought this game from Newegg and I did not receive a game key. It's informative for the rest of the buyers.

I received a physical box with the DVD-ROM and a key printed on a paper card to enter for the legendary pack DLC.  For anyone reading this question, you will get a physical game shipped to you, not an instant code.

Is this a digital download key or a hard disk copy?

Both, it comes with a physical copy to download if you wish and then it has the actual code with a few extras.
