Is this a digital or hard copy?

It is a hard copy, but the disc is somewhat moot because you only need the code to unlock the game. Once you install some of it, it usually has to download quite a bit more. But in answer to the question, it has a disc and some other goodies in there (notepad and trial codes).

Will it work in Windows 10?

Yep. This is the installation media but most importantly the key. You'll activate it with battle,net and that works on pretty much all windows platforms XP and up.

Question 3

The whole Wings of liberty campaign is free to play now. Is there any reason to get this, aside from having a physical copy?

not unless you need a hard copy to install at a later date or in case your machine was to crash and who knows if it will be free or available forever..
