Align your phone with the magnetic charging area, press power button, and wait for display to light up. Compatible with iPhone 16/15/14/13/12 series, select Samsung and Huawei models—contact support for details.
How do I enable low current mode for earbuds and smartwatches?
Short press the power button to wake the display, then long press for 3 seconds to enter low current mode—the display will jump around in a circle. Double-click to exit.
How long does it take to fully charge the power bank?
The charging time depends on whether the charger and cable meet the power bank's requirements. With a 22.5W fast charger, it takes approximately 3 hours to fully charge.
Can my phone be charged magnetically normally even with a case?
Only magnetic phone cases support wireless magnetic charging. Non-magnetic cases are not compatible, but you can use the included magnetic ring to enhance magnetism for charging.
