Question 1

i have a huge 18" Acer Laptop, would it fit in this ? 
Ive looked high and low for a low priced case to carry my laptop but only ones Ive found cost over $100, I dont need one that bad. lol

I don't think it will fit in the compartment for the laptop. it will fit inside of the backpack.  You may want to purchase a sleeve for the the laptop and use this backpack. It is really nice.  This is the second one I own.

Question 2

Can you provide the bags exact measurements?  Thanks I'm looking for something to carry on a plane and it can't be over 16 inches total.

The width is 14", height is ~19", and the depth is variable but mine is currently 11" with a laptop and a couple notebooks.  I carried mine on Delta flights last week with no problem.

Can I get this with the 15" laptop sleeve, instead of the 13"?

Hi I have an Asus 15 inch laptop and it fits but with no room to spare, when I insert the laptop in the bag it comes right up to the divider.
