what is the trolly strap?  what is it used for or how is it used?

The Trolly strap allows you to hook it to your wheeled luggage, making it easier to travel with.

I have a swissgear sherpa already and want to get another - this one. Just want to double check- does it have TWO separate zipper compartments to hold a computer?? The one I have now does...Thanks, John Keating

Yes it does have two separate zippered compartments that would hold a computer.  One is a little more padded than the other, I use that side for my Mac.
