Does support PoE? I need it to run security cameras

Yes, it should support PoE. I would recommend using Cat6 just to future proof yourself. Running wires is not something you want to do twice if you can help it. Install the new standard now, even if the infrastructure leading up to it is only Cat5e. Eventually, you will want the Cat6, and this part is already done. The difference in price is minimal compared to the effort of running and terminating the wires.
