Plug in the wifi adapter to connect to your wifi with the client mode or create a hotspot with the AP mode. If your computer failed to identify it, please select the appropriate driver from the CD or from Download link and install it.
Q1: What operating systems are compatible with the USB WiFi 600Mbps?
A1: Support Windows 7/8/10, MAC OS 10.5-10.15, Linux(Kernel 2.168-4.8), NOT support chromebook, NOT support TV, Projector, Printer.
Q2: I don't have a CD player to read the driver, what should I do?
A2: Please you can open it in Windows Explorer, run the installer. After that, It will work perfectly.
Q3: If the connection is unstable, what's wrong?
A3: Pls check signal strength and signal channel, ensure that it is full to get high speed. Or try to reinstall the driver
Q4: What should I do when it seems not working?
A4: If you use on PC, pls make sure connect adapter to the computer back not front. And if on laptop, please make sure uninstall or disabled the built-in wifi and Bluetooth, then install our driver.
