1. Charge the massager using the provided Type-C charging cable. It takes about 2-3 hours to fully charge.
2. Adjust the elastic strap to fit your head size for a comfortable fit.
3. Select the desired heat level (Low Heat at 104°F or High Heat at 113°F) and compression intensity (soft, moderate, or strong) based on your preference.
4. Wear the massager around your eyes and temples.
5. Enjoy the built-in white noise music or connect to your phone or tablet to play your own playlist.
6. Use the massager for 15 minutes before going to bed every night to relax and improve sleep.
7. The massager has an auto-off feature after 15 minutes of use.
