2. Place the pad on the desired area of the body, ensuring it does not come into contact with the face or sensitive areas.
3. Secure the pad using the adjustable strap for a hands-free experience.
4. For soothing moist warmth, lightly mist the fabric surface.
5. Do not use the pad while sleeping or for extended periods.
6. Unplug the pad when not in use and store in a cool, dry place.
7. Clean the pad by removing the detachable cover and machine washing it.
