Directions

1. Charge the device before first use and whenever needed. 

2. Select appropriate settings: compression intensity (soft, moderate, or strong) and heat level (low or high). 

3. Place the massager over your eyes, ensuring it fits comfortably. 

4. For cooling therapy, freeze the gel mask for 35-60 minutes, then use it with the massager or independently. 

5. Use the massager for 15 minutes before bedtime for optimal results. 

6. Clean the massager after each use with a damp cloth and mild soap.
