Q1: Why is the home office shredder not working?
A1-1: Please make sure you assemble the head and basket in correct directions.The front of the shredder head should be aligned with the protruding side of the trash can.
A1-2: Overheating, this design with 6 minute continuous run time with 40 minute cool down after use. Please allow the shredder to cool for at least 40 mins , otherwise it will not work properly.
A1-3: Paper jams can also be one of the reasons for not working. Please use the FWD and REV function to clean up the cutter scraps and the shredding work can be done again.
