BONSEN S3101 with compact design fits small home or small home office. Designed with overheating protection, if it runs continuously beyond the max run time, it will automatically shut off to protect the motor from overheating. In addition to paper, it can also safely shred credit cards, staples, small paper clips and other confidential documents.
4 Mode Control Switch
4 mode control switch (Forward, Auto, Off, Reverse) and LED light indicators (Power On, Overheat,), making it easy to operate.
5-Min Continuous Run Time
Shreds continuously for up to 5 minutes before a 30-minute cool down period is needed, allowing you to complete small shredding jobs at a time.
P-4 Security Level
Shreds 8 sheets per pass into 13/64 x 35/64” (5 x 14 mm)cross-cut particles. Meets security level P-4 standards, keeping your information safe.
Convenient Lift-Off Handle
Lift-off handle for easy emptying. Also it will automatically stop workingfor added safety protection when you lift up the shredder head.

How often should I lubricate the document shredder?
To prolong the service life of the paper shredder, please use the professional paper shredder lubricating sheet or oil to lubricate the machine once or twice a month.
Why doesn't the shredder work after plugging in?
Please check if the machine is installed corectly. The side with LOGO of the shredder head should be aligned to the side with transparent window of the bin.
My crosscut shredder is jammed. What should I do?
Please slide the switch to REV mode and pull the paper up. Then slide the switch to FWD mode for a few seconds and then to REV mode for a few seconds. Repeat this step for several times and the cutter will be cleaned.
Why is the number of sheets that can be shredded lower than the maximum number of sheets described?
Please check if the paper is damp, contains plastic or too thick. If so, please dry the paper before shredding, remove the plastic part, or reduce shredding sheets per pass. Maximum 8 sheets per pass for better performance of the paper shredder.
Why are there paper scraps in the bin or in the cutter when I receive the new paper shredder? Is it a used machine?
