Does the Lemon Box come with pre-installed apps, and can I download other apps?
The Lemon TV L2 comes preloaded with 7 popular apps. It also includes an app store where you can download additional apps, and has built-in screen casting to play videos from your phone.
After using it for a while, the system becomes unstable. Can I get a replacement?
The Lemon TV Series Boxes support firmware OTA updates. You can contact the BOXPUT seller to get the related tutorial video for the update process.

Q: Why do some pre-installed apps automatically reinstall after I delete them?
A: This behavior is normal for neutral Android-based TV systems. Some pre-installed system apps are built into the device firmware and cannot be permanently deleted unless the software is customized at the factory level. When the device restarts, the system automatically restores these default apps to maintain stability and ensure all core functions operate correctly.
These pre-installed apps are safe, do not affect performance or privacy, and are included only to support system operation. If you prefer a cleaner interface, you can move them to a secondary screen or hide them from your main menu.
(Note: Fully customized versions can remove or replace these apps. However, retail units sold on are neutral models that follow standard Android firmware design.)
