The Bridgestone Dueler H/T 684 II is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for SUVs and light trucks, depending on the load index and size of the specific tire. Bridgestone offers a 60,000 mile warranty with this model.

This all season model has great all weather traction, including in winter conditions. The tire has good road grip due to the open-slotted shoulders of the tread design, while the groove notches improve winter and snow traction. The wide straight tread grooves help evacuate water from beneath the tread and resist dangerous hydroplaning.

The tread life is lengthened by a number of improvements. The tread design's solid shoulder ribs slow the wear rate down, while the L.L. Carbon construct, a special long length carbon structure, regulates even wear throughout the tire's tread surface. This construct also enhances the tread compound, making it resistant to cracking, chipping and tearing. The tire's steel belt construction increases the tire's durability and makes it resistant to punctures. The tire's life is extended because of this.

This model offers a quiet and comfortable drive. The non-directional, five-degree noise cancelling tread pattern reduces road noise, while the O-Bead boosts ride uniformity and heightens the driving comfort. The O-Bead is a single continuous strand of cable in the tire's bead construction that, with the polyester cord body plies, strengthens the tire, providing a smoother drive.

The Dueler H/T 684 II's special rounder casing profile is designed to give better on-road driving balance and stability to the tire, making the driving experience smoother. The CO-CS (Computer Optimized Component System) allows the tire to perform at its highest capacity, by optimizing the combination of the casing shape, the materials, the construction and the tread pattern design, while the spiral wrap, a continuous nylon wrap that encircles the whole tire, makes the tire maintain its shape at all times, increasing its high speed performance capability.

Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
