Three blades made of Japanese 420-grade hardened stainless steel give you 12mm dice, 23mm dice, and 6mm-wide slices for uniform results.
The 3.54in x 4.53in cutting surface is double the typical 3in x 3in grid, so each press handles roughly twice the produce in the same time.
