Buffalo takes data protection seriously. The LinkStation Pro Duo is a 2 drive NAS that supports RAID 0 and 1. This gives you the choice of redundancy or speed and capacity. Since it has 2x1TB drives installed you get plenty of capacity either way you set it up.

The LinkStation Pro Duo comes with Memeo AutoBackup with SmartPicks. This innovative software package makes choosing which files and directories to protect simple. Select file types across folders or the entire drive or you can do a one-click complete back-up.

The LinkStation Pro Duo is designed to store and share data, music, pictures and video. Easy web access lets you log in remotely while on vacation or a business trip. Buffalo has their own Web Access portal so you do not have to go with a third party provider.
