    It should work. Look carefully at the connection on your laptop with a bright light and try to match it up with the one on NewEgg. If the one on NewEgg doesn't have a large scale photo use the keys cntl ++ to make the webpage bigger. I think your question is about the slice opening on the side of the plug weather it is a cross or just one line. It should work but you can do what I do. Order both so you can't go wrong and no, I don't work for newegg or oldegg.
