My transceiver has a Morse Code soft ware supposed to be used by an old IBM tm type key board. The Input at the equipment  is 7 Pin female port the diameter 12mm.  I need an adaptor to use my Tx. with a  present day Keyboard. The above C2G 02475 PS/2 Female to AT Male Keyboard Adapter has only 5 Pins. Please let me know whether I can use this adaptor?.

I have an old windows 98 pc with no ps2 connections and ordered this to use for my keyboard. Computer is so old I have to use a serial port mouse.

I use the item you displayed to connect old analytical instruments to keyboards.  They have ps2 connection for the old keyboard and a 5 pin DIN AT connector such that the 1st and 5th pin are 180 degrees from one another (straight across the center of the silver exterior) with the "dent" in the silver exterior fitting a slot in the female plastic matching port in the middle of the "pinless" 180 degrees of the female port.  I have seen ports that have 7 female ports and cover more degrees than 180, perhaps 270 degrees, but I have yet to find an adapter for a 7 pin.  Or need one for that matter.  That odd 7 pin 270 degree or so port I have no need to access.  I've looked for it just to see what it is called and what it's used for, but I've yet to find it.  I do know the one shown, the 5 port 180 deg part, doesn't fit the 7 port 270 deg female port.  Sorry for the bad news.
