    The workhorse printer cable, done right. This 10ft Cable Leader USB 2.0 cable has the classic USB Type A male to Type B male layout used by nearly every desktop printer, scanner and multifunction machine - plug the flat A end into your computer and the square B end into the device.

    It runs at the full Hi-Speed USB 2.0 rate of 480 Mbps, more than enough bandwidth for print jobs, scans and firmware updates, and it stays backward compatible with older USB 1.1 equipment.

    Compatibility covers far more than printers: HP, Canon, Epson, Brother, Lexmark, Xerox, Samsung and Dell printers and scanners, plus the USB-B ports found on MIDI keyboards, digital pianos, audio interfaces, DACs and many arcade and hobby controllers.

    Inside the jacket the cable is double-shielded - aluminum foil plus a copper braid - which keeps electrical noise from motors, monitors and power supplies out of the data lines. Molded strain-relief boots protect the joints where cables usually fail first.
