Is this cable compatible with my laptop or device?
Works only with USB-C or Thunderbolt 5/4/3 ports that support DP Alt Mode video output. Not compatible with USB-C monitors, portable USB-C displays, or DisplayPort KVM switches.
Why am I not getting 8K@120Hz, 4K@480Hz or 4K@240Hz?
These modes require a GPU whose USB-C video output supports DP 2.1 UHBR or DP 1.4 HBR3 with DSC, plus a monitor that supports the same mode. GPU limits, DSC, OS settings, or monitor specs may cap the maximum resolution or refresh rate.
Why do I see flickering, no signal, or no output?
Confirm the USB-C port supports DP Alt Mode. Test laptop?monitor directly, remove hubs/docks, and update GPU/Thunderbolt drivers. If possible, test with another laptop or monitor.
