




Can the night light choose a specific color?
Yes, it can. Long press the light icon to turn it on—it cycles through colors in a fixed sequence. When you see your desired color, tap the icon to lock it. Tap again to return to color-changing mode, where the cycle resumes in the same fixed order.
Why my humidifier’s lights keep flashing, the water can’t flow to the base?
Make sure the floater can rise freely. If remove the tank, find out there is no water on the base, clean the water valve, see upper detail page, section “Water Valve Clean”.
How to remove and install the sponge filter easily?
The mist tube cover which has a yellow sticker on is detachable. Gently pull it straight out — this is a snap clip connection.
Is it normal for water to remain in the base when lift the water tank?
Yes, it’s normal. When you add water, the flow from the tank to the base is part of the humidifier’s operation. The base draws water from the tank and disperses it to increase room humidity.
Why is there water accumulation on the top cover or around the humidifier?
1. For long-term use, turn down the mist level and place the humidifier in a well-ventilated area. 2. Always place the unit 12 inches (30 cm) away from floor. 3. Keep the bottom vent clear. Don’t place fabrics, foam, or covers under/around the unit.
