Make sure the usb cable is connected properly, also make sure that both the printer and the computer are connected to your internet via an Ethernet cord, this should allow for proper printing.

Does it come with the toner cartridge?

Yes, it came with a "starter" toner cartridge. Be aware that Canon toner cartridges are quite expensive, comparable to the cost of the printer alone. We bought a third-party toner cartridge for about $35, that seems to work okay.

Does it have built in duplex printing?

No unfortunately it does not.  I missed that when I ordered it, and regret it a bit.  It's too bad the driver doesn't have a duplex assist like Brother's laser printers do.

Is it supported on Windows 7 (32 and 64bit)?

Yes it is, I am using it on a clone PC with windows 7 64bit, and it works great.

I purchased this and set it up for a friend.  There is a "starter" cartridge included; however, I'm not aware of the model number.

How do I connect this product to the wifi network?  There does not seem to be any intuitive way to do this and the instruction manual gives me pretty much the wrong instructions (i.e. for other models).  I can't find anything on the internet either so this is incredibly frustrating.

How can I setup a one button push scanning? seems I press the Scan PC>1 button and get prompts to select what toolbox to use forcing me to select one on my desktop before it scans to the designated folder.

You can setup your presets in Canon MF Toolbox (Color, B&W, Custom 1, Custom 2); you can select save folder, resolution, color, file type, size, etc.  Then you need to be running "Canon MF Network Scan Utility"; this should be installed by either the driver or toolbox installer from the Canon website.  In that utility, check to see that "Canon MF210 Series" is listed in the scanner list and checked.  If all of that is setup correctly on your PC, you should be able to scan from the panel: Scan -> Computer -> [Computer Name] -> Select a preset -> Press Start button on printer.

The software does pop up, but for me the process is automatic on the PC side.  The folder where the files are saved should open automatically as well.

Question 10

Is there a manual feed tray?  From the pictures it looks like there might be a pull down manual feed, but it is not clear.  Otherwise known as a bypass tray.
