2. For your health, lids are intended for single use only.
3. Store in a dry place.
4. Fill the jar with food and wipe the rim clean. Place the lid and band on, tighten, and process the jar in a water bath or with a vacuum sealer. After cooling, press the lid—if it doesn’t move, the seal is secure.
5. After water-bathing, hand dry immediately to prevent rust and corrosion.
