Is there a power supply included?

yes. no power brick like the previous Chenbro 4 bay NAS enclosure I have and love. Advantage is you can upgrade/replace easily. I like brick because they make the unit smaller. I still haven't deployed this new one yet but I've built and booted it and it seems well made and supports newer SATA than my old tried and true.

Question 2

Can someone help me, I'm wondering if the power supply that comes with this case will work with this motherboard? ASRock AM1H-ITX AM1 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 HDMI Mini ITX AMD Motherboard

I just bought both of them so of course it has me worried now. The motherboard has a 24 pin ATX power connector but it doesn't have 1 of those smaller 2/4 pin CPU connectors... You're also able to use an ATX or DC-In power supply with it, I'm not sure if that's even relevant but with my luck who knows.

You should be fine.  I was able to get ASRock C2750D4I installed in mine.  I haven't rebooted it since the day it was built.  Hyper-v server running 12 r2 with about 6 low resource VM's I use to run my business.  I am really impressed with ASRock and their onboard MicroServer board.

Will a Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO fit in this case with a ASRock E3C226D2I motherboard?

Not a chance, PSU will end up being in the way.

Question 4

Maybe I'm dense, but I can't find the front reset switch.

I know it's a minor point, but the specs claim there is one, and there was a plug for it coming from the front panel, but where is the switch located?
