This device has worked on Windows XP 32bit and up to Windows 7 64bit computers effortlessly.  I have not tested it on other operating systems, achieving the range of at least 100meters when pairing with another class 1, 100meter range device.

Don't have a direct answer to your question.  Initially used Win 7 - worked.  Now using Win 10 - works.

can I use Bluetooth wireless headphones with this?  Or something else

This will support any device that uses Bluetooth Standards 2.1 EDR. So as long as your headphones (or anything else) support that standard, you're good to go.

My speaker radio has a USB port and i broke a Bluetooth dongle that allowed me to play music from my iphone onto the speakers. Would this product be able to replace that?
