Hello,

does this come with a the wall plug that connect to the adapter or does that need to be purchased separately?

Our recollection is that it did come with the wall plug.  Its been long enough ago that I do not recall for 100% certain however.
The wall plug part of it is a standard computer plug on the adapter end.  They're very easy to come by at very cheap prices - if not free.  I always have nearly a dozen laying around.
