Does this product use command line or a GUI Interface for programing How difficult is it set up a 3 VPN network?

You have the option to use both. Cisco calls their gui asdm. There is a ton of documentation and forum help out there on setting it up. Make sure when you get yours you have a current model as you will need 512MB of ram to run the latest software.

I have an older asa5505. Can I transfer the config to this unit?

Sure, you may have to tweak a couple settings depending on how old the image is on yours vs the image that ships with the one from Newegg as some of the commands are depreciated but most should come over.

Make a backup copy of your current config file prior to pulling it out of production and push it to your new.

How difficult is to setup it.?

100% depends on the level of detail your particular application demands.  I'll say this:  our company purchased this model as an exact replacement for a dead unit.  Matching the configuration was not easy at all but that was due to the complexity our former IT guy built the system on.
