Will this switch support sending multiple VLANS over a trunk and then allow you to assign what ports would be members of a given VLAN. So say I want to send VLAN's 10 and 20 tagged over a single connection, then assign which ports I want to be members or each VLAN...  Can I accomplish this?

Yes, any of the ports can be configured as trunk ports. It's a very featureful switch, and I've been happy with it, but the firmware is not maintained with nearly the vigilance that their enterprise products are, so you may run across some quirks. I had to roll back my firmware version to get the features I wanted working correctly.

Are there any PoE ports on this switch?

There are 2 versions of this switch.  The SG200-08 does not have POE capability. The SG200-08P provides PoE on ports 1-4 of the switch and can deliver a maximum of 15.4 watts per PoE port.

Would this switch be compatible with Asus Rt-AC 68U router?

I can't think of any reason why it shouldn't be. But just in case, you should update the Cisco firmware from their website. Mine works with everything installed on my network. But I haven't had the pleasure (yet) of trying that particular WiFi router.
