Will this work with a Mitel VoIP system?

This will work with just about any phone system provided you have a connection to the VOIP system.  All it does is use your internet connection to give you a dial tone from your VOIP phone system.  We use these in our remote offices because we have a VPN connection to each one and that lets them connect to us.  Otherwise you can just use your public internet address but you'll need to add a route in your router to direct traffic over whatever port these use to your VOIP phone switch.

In short, I'm sure it will work just fine.

Question 2

I'm currently using a Cisco IP Phone 7940 a ARRIS TM602G cable model and need to bypass my ASUS RT-N53 Wireless network router to connect to a remote Cisco VoIP Server.  Would this device accommodate such a configuration?

Yes, and this device will add additional voip to pstn (plan old phone system) adaptation. If you only need 1 phone line, you don't need this device.  You already have your cisco 7940.

This device will connect to your arris tm602g modem. Where you can connect additional networking equipment to the router side of SPA3102, and you can connect a regular phone to the voip side.

Question 3

I have a Panasonic Hybrid PBX phone system.
I need to extend a PBX phone extension across our network. can i plug one of these at the PBX location and another across our property thru our network and use a PBX phone on the other end?  
PBX--->SPA3102---->Network--->SPA3102--->PBX Phone.

It will do analogue PBX system I tried googling but hybrid doesn't come up any were. What is hybrid? I  use these to extend phone lines with wireless Ethernet radios just the same as you want to do thru a network. I prefer the spa3000 less echoing these take a lot of tinkering to get the echo out
