Range is always a somewhat variable thing.  I've always found that inside a house my rule of thumb is three walls.  In other words you can still get signal if are only going through three walls.  Once you go through that fourth wall then all bets are off.  For even an above average sized lot you won't have range problems with this device.  And when I say 'Walls' I'm referring to standard wood stud framed with Sheetrock.  If you're dealing with concrete, brick, steel or something other type wall I don't have any experience with those but I believe it is going to be worse.

The device has other modes of operation. Without knowing how you intend to use it, I'm not sure how to answer your question. Caveat: I didn't actually read the manual. I just hooked it up. It provides a web interface for configuring, which can be a bit of a pain, if you're using static IP addresses.

As a Wireless Access Point, I don't think there is any limit to the number of PC's it can support. I have mine configured just to provide wireless bridge to my LAN where the network (/16) is configured for ~64 thousand different addresses (/8 would provide 16.7 million addresses). Theoretically, I could have all addresses being used by some machine or another. The Wireless Access Point shouldn't care.

25-30.  Bear in mind this is connections... Bandwidth is a whole different thing.

Im not sure I understand your question.

While its classified a "business Router" its generally for Small Business groups. It may support Vlans but I have never used it that way.
