Does this come with rack mount hardware?

Does not come with rack mount hardware. Has pre-tapped holes on both side near front so you can buy or make hardware to rack mount. If you look closely at pictures you can see the mounting holes.

Title/Description says Gigabit, specifications say 10 Gig... Which is it?

Cisco's webpage on the 110 Series indicate that this family of switch have *NO* 10 Gbps ports at all.  It is strictly sixteen (16) 1Gbps copper ports with no Power Over Ethernet (POE) and no SPF+ ports.
